A space to move, exactly the way you want to. Rachel stands for movement, healing, bliss, authenticity, body, love and acceptance.
Her workshops are transformational and empowering and remind you of the strength and beauty that is inside each of us. I just wish there were more of them.

I wasn't sure I was a Dance Your Bliss kind of person, but tried it today and loved it. I haven't danced like that in quite a while, the music was great, Rachel was great, the company was great, and I felt wonderful afterwards.

Dancing Your Bliss is a fabulously fun to get a great workout and to set your spirit free! It's a wonderful way to check your self-consciousness at the door and to get in touch with the joy and bliss that is your birthright! Give it a whirl, you won't be sorry!

Have you ever wished you could dance with your whole heart, soul and body but knew you couldn't because you didn't know the steps? Well, try Dancing Your Bliss. You'll have a priceless opportunity to express your feelings and all of those latent desires to move with abandon to absolutely stunning selections of music.
Rachel, provides a safe, supportive atmosphere in which you can explore the various ways your body can move in response to music and rythmn. This is all about free expression so you don't have to know any steps or "how to do it". She dances with you and offers ideas which you can follow if you like but you are encouraged to do what feels comfortable for yourself.
You may come to class feeling a bit shy or self-conscious but you soon relax in the understanding that this is all about expressing yourself. You are exhorted to send your inner critics out to play in the traffic and just get down to responding to what the music says to you and just enjoying the experience. (How many chances do you get to do that in your everyday life?)
By the end of the class you feel inspired, energized, in touch with the creative spirit within, you've been kindly looked after by Rachel (imagine the delight of an unexpected foot massage as you relax on the floor) and you've had a totally good workout. It's a good way to meet new people, too. I always leave wishing I could do this every week rather than once a month.
