As a San Francisco based Psychotherapist, I use warmth, insight and humor to help my clients find relief from anxiety, stress, emotional pain, and relationship problems. I love helping my clients create an inner sense of peace, confidence, and self-care while letting go of old habits and patterns that are no longer working. And I enjoy working with couples to develop healthy communication skills, rebuild trust and closeness, and have fun with each other again.
I’m quick to analyze even complex problems and then articulate clear solutions. I recognize that we hold trauma in our bodies. I meld somatic psychology, cognitive-behavioral therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness and expressive arts into my work.
