“I use cutting edge techniques that actually work, so that you can experience relief. My work has been called “Extraordinary Therapy”, “Effective, Wonderful Support”, and “Finally – a Real and Warm Therapist who Knows her Stuff!”
I can help you foster change as you trust your body’s wisdom. Without nurturing, the vitality of our own body and spirit can dry up. The poet John Ciardi explains “an ulcer is an unkissed imagination taking its revenge for having been jilted. It is an undanced dance, and unpainted watercolor, an unwritten poem.” You are here to feel better. I can help.
I have never felt so supported, and nurtured and loved as I did last in Rachel’s workshop. (I don’t say this lightly.) In the short time we had together she built a magical community and an incredibly safe and healing place. In addition to full scale cartharsis, I had an absolute blast! The skill, love and thought she brought to the workshop was obvious in all the sweet details. – Jill Jacobsen
Every now and then I’ll hear about a teacher from students whose work seems particularly moving and powerful. Rachel Feischman is one of those teachers.
I highly recommend her.

“Thank you for such an amazing week. It was my 13th consecutive Family Week and definitely was my favorite. I returned home a calmer person, not letting anything get to me. What you gave us was certainly a gift. -Michelle
“..the workshop exceeded my expectations. Rachel is a very generous and talented teacher.”- Ruth
“Rachel Fleischman is a treasure. I had not taken a class with her before and will definitely take any class that she offers at Omega. I hope you will invite her back – she gives so much more than the description of the class would indicate. She creates a safe environment for her students to learn and grow and most definitely have fun. I didn’t know how much I need movement in my life. I feel inspired to make adventurous changes now.” – Nancy
